Q: HOW DO I INSTALL THE SOFTWARE?


The Android and iOS versions of Fasttrax can be found in the respective app stores and installed like any other mobile application.  The Web Dashboard of FastTrax requires no installation and has been tested on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.

Q: How do I set up my salon information on the Web Dashboard?


Currently, we are assisting each Beta tester with salon setup.  The final product will include a wizard that guides the salon owner through the setup, including level setup and provider setup.

Q: Can I install FastTrax on multiple devices/Will it sync between devices?


Since all FastTrax data resides safely and securely on our servers, you may install FastTrax on multiple devices and always have the most up to the minute information.  For instance, if you have an Android phone, but also use an Ipad, you may install FastTrax on both devices.

Q: What if I have more than 50 providers?
